Hatfield
Quite a lot seems to remain of St Leonard's church which appears
in Domesday book. The bulk of these remnants are in the north
wall which has much herringbone work as well as a blocked doorway with a crudely carved lintel supporting a trellis decorated tympanum under a low quality, possibly rebuilt Romanesque arch.
