Rhuddlan Twthill

Rhuddlan Twthill is a large mound made primarly of sand.  As such it has collapsed rather alarmingly towards the River Clwyd which runs immediately beneath it.  A bailey is postulated to the east, but the remains seem hardly martial compared with the nearby site of Rhuddlan castle.
